• Full Refund (90 days prior to the event start date):
  
  If you need to cancel your participation, you are eligible for a full refund as long as the cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to the event start date

• No Refund (Within 90 Days of the event start date):
  
  Unfortunately, if you cancel your registration within 90 days of the event start date, we will not be able to issue any refunds. This policy is in place due to the event’s preparation and scheduling requirements.
