Rewards and Discounts: Tournament guests are not eligible for any reward points, discounts, coupons, or third-party rates.
Reservation Changes: All changes or cancellations must be processed through your EventConnect account. Please do not contact the hotel directly for cancellations.
Group Rates: Hotels have the option to offer group rates before or after the tournament dates.
Room Assignments: While hotels will make every effort to keep your team together, special requests and changes to the rooming list may result in separation.
Check-In Times: Standard check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Incidentals: A credit card imprint for incidental charges (such as phone calls and room service) is required from a representative of each room at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Individual cancellations are accepted until 6:00 PM, 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within this period will incur charges for room and tax.
Early Departures: Guests who check out early will be charged for the entire reservation, including room and tax.
Team Cancellations: If a team cancels more than 50% of their reserved rooms within one week of the tournament, they will be charged for one night’s room plus tax for the entire block.
Running: Running in the hotel, including hallways and common areas, is prohibited.
Responsibility for Damages: Parents or team representatives are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Individuals will be billed for the actual costs of repairs or replacements.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Immediate action will be taken against teams or individuals who violate the following policies, which may result in removal from both the hotel and the tournament without refund:
Disturbances to other guests
Disrespectful behavior toward hotel staff
Damage to hotel property
